I have been clean and sober over 40 years. In my selective retirement of doing the things that really matter to me, I've become a Recovery Coach. This uniquely melds my lived experience and some focused training and certification to strengthen a peer-style coach approach to help others find their path to recovery - whether its their own or to support as an ally a loved one to recovery.
