I am a Christian certified Grief and Life Coach, bringing 20+ years of compassionate, professional social work experience as well to my sessions.
At various stages of my life, I have experienced the loss of self, security, safety, trust and dreams. I have great compassion and empathy to survivors of Narcissistic abuse and exhibit a deep understanding and awareness of emotionally destructive patterns in relationships. I have known the personal loss of loved ones and pets to death, the loss of health, finances, relationships, friendships, and a marriage. I can relate and empathize with living in a state of complex grief, heartbreak, mental health struggles and merely longing for a reprieve. I understand how loss can effect and impact mental, emotional and relationship health. I also confidently attest, that amidst the deep pain of grief, there is hope and healing on the horizon!
