Lauren Lentz

Empowering YOU with knowledge & community inside the experience of widowhood.

About

I’m Lauren Lentz — grief coach, young widow, and mom to a spirited six-year-old boy.

My world changed in an instant when my husband, Kevin, was killed by a wrong-way driver in November 2019. There was life before that moment… and life after.

In the aftermath, I found myself asking questions I never imagined: Who am I now? Where do I go from here?

I didn’t find my way all at once. I found it in widow support groups, in missed moments of being misunderstood, in slow walks, soft journals, and the quiet ache of missing him. And eventually—I found it in becoming a coach.

Today, I companion other widows as they navigate the space between sorrow and possibility. My work is rooted in compassion, education, and nervous system care.

If you’re longing to be witnessed in your grief—and gently supported as you reimagine what’s next—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
