Hey there! I’m Kristin, a business coach and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for business owners who are ready to step into confident leadership, build rock-solid teams, and create thriving company cultures.
With over a decade of experience in high-performance organizations, I know what it takes to go from overwhelmed and reactive to strategic and empowered.
I’ve led teams of 250+, coached leaders through major transitions, and worked with megachurches, Chicago-area Chick-fil-A franchises, and global mentorship communities to help leaders level up. Now, I bring that experience to women entrepreneurs who are ready to ditch their doubt, step into their CEO mindset, and lead with clarity.
When I’m not helping business owners grow and scale with confidence, you’ll find me juggling life with my college-sweetheart husband and our three kids (in elementary, middle, and high school—so send coffee!). I love cheering from the sidelines at my kids’ games, catching up with friends over a latte, or tackling a good DIY project.
