About
Kristen is a Board Certified Christian Mental Health Coach (BCCMHC), Professional Recovery Coach (CPRC), and Life Coach (CPC) at Adi Project. Over the last 27 years Kristen has served in pastoral ministry, authored several books, co-founded a non profit called the Trail Youth Coffee Home, and has become a Board Certified Christian Mental Health Coach.
She is motivated to help people gain identity by combining the Bible and psychology to find freedom from past trauma and to build the faith that is needed to move forward. Her passion stems from her own personal struggles to overcome spiritual and psychological abuse. Through years of personal work, Kristen has found the freedom and purpose that God intended for her and leads others toward that same freedom through coaching, writing, and speaking. You will find her in a coffee shop or curled up on the couch with a laptop and a mocha in hand or hosting family events for her 4 amazing children, their spouses, and the cutest grandchildren!

This package explores past experiences that shape the way we view God, ourselves, and the world. These belief systems will either make us stuck in life or propel us forward. Let's begin to untangle those roots so that you can thrive in all that God has called you to do!
Trauma Recovery
This package is for anyone coming out of a toxic relationship or a traumatic event and desire to get re-centered by learning to dream again.
Vision Statement Add On
For clients only! Not sure what the future holds? Well, it's time to dream! Just mention this to your coach, and they will guide you in creating a vision statement. Then they will write it for you!
