The New Client Consultation is for all individual clients seeking help, whether counseling or coaching. During this session, we will discuss your needs and goals and decide the best course of help for you.

For new couples (marriage or pre-marriage couples) working with Kristen. This session will include a discussion of the couple's needs and goals and specific recommendations based on presenting issues.
