My approach is rooted in evidence-based health coaching, nervous-system awareness, and realistic lifestyle changes that don’t require perfection.
With certifications in health coaching, yoga (coming soon), and meditation—and over two decades as an educator—I specialize in translating health information into simple, doable steps. Together, we focus on progress, not pressure, so you can feel more confident, more energized, and more at peace in your body.
