And it's still not working the way it's supposed to.

The exhaustion you're feeling isn't a discipline problem. It's data. Your nervous system has been trying to tell you something for a long time, that the strategy you're executing doesn't actually fit the business you want, the life you want, or the woman you actually are.

I'm Krista Luna — business strategist, embodied coach, and the person who's going to help you stop building someone else's dream.

I spent years operating inside high-stakes, high-complexity environments, U.S. Air Force, federal defense contracts, enterprise product strategy, before I realized that the tools I'd mastered were brilliant for big systems and completely wrong for the way I actually think, feel, and work.

So I built something different. A practice where strategic rigor and somatic wisdom aren't in separate rooms. Where the first question isn't what's your revenue goal, it's what is your body already trying to tell you about this business?

The strategy will land when you can actually receive it. And you can't receive it when your nervous system is braced for impact.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we meet in person or online?
For my 1:1 coaching and 'Design Your Life' group programs, we meet virtually via Zoom, which allows me to support clients worldwide. However, I am passionate about in-person connection! I host specific in-person experiences, keep an eye out!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. I believe this work should be accessible and sustainable for you. All my packages offer a payment plan option (typically monthly or bi-weekly) which you can select at checkout. We can also discuss a custom arrangement if needed during our discovery call.
What happens if I need to reschedule a session?
 Life happens! I ask for at least 24 hours' notice so I can respect my own calendar and offer that time to another client. You can easily reschedule directly through your client portal. If an emergency comes up last minute, we will handle it with grace on a case-by-case basis.
Do we have to be in the same time zone?
Not at all. I work with women all over. My practice is based in California (Pacific Time), but my calendar is set up to show availability in your local time zone when you book. We can usually find a slot that works for both of us.
