I am a holy spirit filled, Bible believing, Christian woman. I received my life coaching certification from Called Coach Academy in August 2024. I survived childhood trauma and lived with adult drama for many years. I went to 12-Step meetings, Celebrate Recovery meetings, Bible Studies and therapy.  I acquired all the knowledge I needed to change my life. I was functioning, but not always well.  I had aspirations and dreams and a lot of reasons why I couldn't reach them. What I lacked was a clear plan.
Now, I help women who are doing trauma healing work or have completed their trauma healing work map the journey from merely surviving to really thriving; to step into an abundant life rooted in a strong relationship with Jesus Christ.
