I'm Kim Falkowski, M.S., Intuitive Mindset & Transformation Coach and founder of EarthRae.

EarthRae wasn't created from a business plan.
It was born from a lifetime of asking deeper questions.

Like many of the people I now work with, I know what it feels like to survive. I know what it's like to carry experiences that shape the way you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. I also know that healing isn't a single moment or a destination-it's a lifelong process of uncovering who you are beneath everything that taught you to be someone else.

That journey led me to study psychology, spend more than a decade walking alongside survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, and human trafficking as a victim advocate, and ultimately created EarthRae.

What I discovered through both my professional work and my own life is that people rarely need more information.

They need more capacity.

When our nervous system has spent years in survival, insight alone isn't enough. Lasting transformation happens when we begin releasing what no longer serves us, expanding our capacity to hold life's challenges, and reconnecting with the authentic self that has always existed beneath the layers of fear, conditioning, and protection.

That is the heart of EarthRae.

With a Master of Science in Psychology, advanced training in life coaching, certification as an EME Practitioner2, and as a Certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator, I integrate psychology, nervous system regulation, breathwork, energy work, and intuitive coaching into a deeply personalized experience.

Because no two people...

No two nervous systems...

And no two healing journeys are ever the same.
I don't believe in fitting people into programs.

I believe in understanding the person sitting in front of me and thoughtfully choosing the tools that best support their transformation.

My role isn't to fix you.

It's to help you uncover what's keeping you stuck, release what no longer serves you, expand your capacity, and reconnect with the person you were always meant to be.
