My work history reads like a choose-your-own-adventure: Director of Portfolio Administration, international banking officer, office manager, waitress, improv comedian, opera singer, and laborer — and that's before we get to the coaching.

I spent 27 years in international banking and private wealth management, lived through four corporate mergers, survived breast cancer, supported my parents through end-of-life care, and lived in Spain during a period of real political uncertainty. None of that was in the plan. All of it made me a better coach.

Today I work with people at pivotal moments — career transitions, burnout, organizational upheaval, midlife reinvention, or simply the quiet but persistent sense that something needs to change. Whether the conversation is framed as executive coaching, career coaching, life coaching, or transitions coaching, the fundamentals don't change: people want to feel heard, get clear on what matters, and move forward in a way that actually fits who they are.

One thing I bring that most coaches can't: I've held the jobs. I know what every role asks of the person doing it — and I mean every role. I believe hierarchy should be about recognizing impact, not conferring status — and that shapes how I listen and what I notice.

I use the Transitional Intelligence (TQ) framework developed in partnership with the Modern Elder Academy — a research-backed approach to understanding the three stages of any transition and discovering your own capacity to navigate change. Combined with my Energy Leadership Index assessment work and 10 years of ICF-credentialed coaching, it makes for a powerful partnership.
