I’m Kate Woodward Young, M.Ed., PCC — a Decision Support Coach, entrepreneur, author, and former SBA Business Analyst.
For more than 30 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of people, business, and decisions. I’ve built businesses, worked with entrepreneurs and early childhood professionals, coached leaders through complicated situations, and learned firsthand that the hardest decisions rarely have one obvious right answer.
That’s where I come in.
I help you slow down the noise, look at what’s actually happening, challenge assumptions, consider the people and numbers involved, and determine your best next step.
I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach, but our conversations may not always feel like traditional coaching. Sometimes I’ll ask the question you haven’t considered. Sometimes we’ll look at the numbers. Sometimes I’ll share what I’m seeing based on decades of experience. And sometimes I’ll tell you that I think you’re solving the wrong problem.
