Testimonials
“Reading leadership books or podcasts on leadership and hoping for a life change? Been there, tried that.
Dr. Kasi Lacey was a game changer for my career! Her skills as a psychologist and successful experience as a leader in a male dominated arena helped me to discover what I was missing to bring my own goals to fruition.
I was at a place in my life where I was done following others! I wanted to take my career to the next level but struggled with the strategies and confidence to “break out” of my comfort zone and take charge.
Dr. Lacey helped me to unlock the barriers holding me back and lean into my strengths and sharpen my leadership skills. I appreciated her direct approach. Dr. Lacey pushed me when I needed to be pushed and gave me the tools to not only obtain success but to continue to challenge myself to grow into the leader I imagined becoming.
Thank you, Dr. Lacey. My only regret is not doing this sooner!”

I have really enjoyed working with Kasi over the past couple of months. She is super easy to talk to and I look forward to our sessions. I have found that they often bring me a sense of relief when it comes to both work and life related stress and anxiety. For me, feeling validated is super important and this has been a huge takeaway as it relates to a variety of work/life experiences. Kasi also does a great job of doing that active listening and following up with the right questions to where I am able to stumble upon my own insights that in hindsight seem obvious, but I would not have gotten there without some help and guidance! I definitely recommend her personal coaching services!

Dynamic, fun, and authentic presentation heralding the spirit of Rosie the Riverter reminding women of all ages to embrace their confidence and to own their future.”
- Jenn E.
Dr. Laceys ability to immediately tap into our organization’s values and how we can translate that into values-based leadership was extremely valuable.
- Kathryn W.
There are so many aspects of this presentation that made me feel seen and heard. In the day-to-day grind, it’s easy to forget that coming together with a group of women is simply powerful. Dr. Lacey’s explanation of emotional intelligence uses real-world examples but also challenges the listener to relate our own examples of unconscious gender bias in the workplace. By examining ingrained, socially accepted stereotypes, we learned tips to counter generations of imprinting, to create a better future not only for ourselves but for the generations to come.
I appreciate the energy of your presentation and your mastery of the topics. You are clearly a competent and confident leader. You represent women well! Thank you so much for coming to speak with us.

What happens in a coaching session?
This interactive and results-driven approach serves as a catalyst for meaningful change, encouraging clients to unlock their potential and attain desired outcomes in both their personal and professional lives.
During the pre-call we will discuss your goals, current struggles, ideal self, limiting beliefs, and pain points in your career, relationships, and view of yourself. You will be given access to course materials to go through at your own pace and we will also discuss these in our weekly sessions.
You will be challenged to think differently about yourself. At times you will be provided homework or given additional resources, based upon your unique needs.
Depending on your package selection, you may be provided with additional access to resources, templates, and/or audits.
What are your qualifications?
I have helped women realize their potential, significantly improve their confidence as a partner, executive, supervisor, or mom. I have received several awards, grants, and been asked to speak at events, conferences, and community events. Even though my resume would be considered impressive, my biggest accomplishment and driving force is my relationships and how I make others feel. My strong-minded daughters are my driving force to make this world a better place for women and those that have the pleasure of learning and working with us. I would consider it an honor to get to know you and be a part of your journey.
How long do you I need a coach?
Each coaching session is tailored to the individual and we are all in different phases, so please be mindful of your own stage.
We will intentionally celebrate each milestone and success along the way. Ultimately, my job is to put myself out of a job, and individuals engage and re-engage in services dependent upon their needs, so I am here to meet you where you are at.
How do I find the right coach for me?
I recommend you think about what you want to get out of coaching, find a professional who has achieved the results or success you desire, and approach the process with an open mind to learning and growth. It also helps to look at a coach’s training, and experiences, and if you connect with their mission and values.
Where do the sessions take place?
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Even though I am a licensed psychologist, I am only providing coaching services. Ultimately, my training as a psychologist and personal experience inform my coaching approach.
I use my professional experiences as a psychologist, c-suite executive, and life experiences to help high achieving women thrive in their life, address limiting beliefs, identify and recover from burnout, and unlock their authentic leadership.
Coaching is not an substitute for therapy and can work well together if needed.
Do you offer payment plans or refunds?
Investment in coaching will help you achieve your goals faster, give you connections and resources beyond your framework… and time is money.
Depending on the package, I offer a 7 day refund, no questions asked refund. However, refunds will not be issued for coaching sessions that already occurred or if you have already accessed templates provided in course or packages.
