Kashia Dunner Coaching & Consulting

We all have to work, so work shouldn't suck.

About

Hi, I’m Kashia!

I’m an ICF-certified career coach and consultant with more than 15 years of experience across tech, government, and higher education. I’ve coached clients from organizations such as Yelp, GE Aviation, and The New York Times, helping them navigate transitions, lead with confidence, and create careers that feel purposeful and sustainable.

Does this sound like you?
→ You’re accomplished and capable, yet something about your work no longer feels aligned.
→ You’re ready to grow or lead in a way that reflects your values and energy.
→ You’re successful on paper and want your daily experience to match that success.

My coaching helps you turn frustration into focus, uncertainty into clarity, and ambition into intentional action. Together, we create space to regulate your nervous system first, because meaningful progress can only happen when you feel safe and grounded. From that foundation, strategy and confidence flow naturally.

With global experience across cultures and high-pressure environments, I understand the realities of navigating complex spaces while striving to stay well. My approach is transparent, collaborative, and rooted in both self-awareness and practical results that reflect who you are and what you want next.

If you’re ready to move forward with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of calm in your career, let’s get started.

Testimonials

Kashia's coaching helped me gain clarity, provided me with excellent resources, and gave me realistic, actionable steps to take as I figured out what was next for me in my career journey.

- Kelly S.

Of all the coaches and mentors I've worked with throughout my career, Kashia stands out as a personal guide for navigating corporate complexities. She helped me tap back into my core values and stay focused on my purpose by co-creating a tactical plan that got results. My confidence has soared, my stress levels have decreased, and I've been able to approach my work with renewed strength and integrity. Amidst the chaos and confusion, I found a sense of calm and clarity.

- Katie O.

It was healing and revealing. I didn't know I had heavy feelings still from my layoff and being underpaid. It was nice to have someone to vent to who has the skills to stear me in the right direction and towards clarity.

- Stephanie G.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you use a specific coaching framework?
Yes. My work is guided by the CARE Framework — Clarity, Alignment, Repositioning, and Expansion. It helps clients move from reflection to action in a way that honors both strategy and self-awareness. Every step builds clarity first, then creates aligned next moves that feel realistic and sustainable.
What makes your coaching approach different?
I focus on more than career goals. We look at how your environment, energy, and nervous system affect your ability to lead, decide, and communicate. When you feel safe and grounded, you make better choices and show up with confidence. From that place, we can layer in structure, accountability, and strategy that last.
Is this a structured program or personalized coaching?
It’s both. You’ll have structure through my frameworks and tools, yet every session is personalized to your needs, goals, and work context. Whether you’re navigating a transition, preparing for interviews, or refining your leadership style, we’ll focus on what matters most to you in this season.
Can I use work funds or professional development reimbursement to pay for coaching?
Yes. Many clients use company-sponsored learning or professional development funds to invest in coaching. You’ll receive an invoice and contract for your records, and a Professional Development Reimbursement Letter is available for download in your onboarding materials. This letter outlines the coaching purpose and investment so you can easily submit it to your HR or manager for reimbursement.

All coaching sessions remain confidential, even when payment is made through employer funds.
