REFRESH - 1 month to refresh, set goals, get started

Give your self the gift of a month to shake off whats holding you back, and get moving. 

This one month month personalized coaching series is designed to get you out of a rut, make a decision, or to kick start your next best thing. This course will help you see the big picture while also looking at how to make the kinds of small changes that facilitate big change.

We will clarify goals, establish action steps, and set you on your way. This coaching package includes 3x one to one online coaching sessions, email check ins, and the REFRESH workbook to support your journey.

RENEW In-depth support for lasting change

 RESET is for life’s big moments. This longer format allows time to go deep, to change course as needed, and set new goals when success in one area allows your scope to expand. 

 You will learn to identify your challenges and support systems, establish action steps, and then get to work achieving them with clarity, and purpose. 

RESET includes 12x one to one coaching sessions, a workbook, and email check-ins over a 6 month period. 

We will meet weekly in month one, move to bi-weekly appointments around months 2, 3, and possibly 4. By months 5 and 6, we will meet every 3-4 weeks, by this stage you will find that you are able to "go it alone" and dont need to see me as often.
