Jodi Peeters Strengths Coaching

Helping women discover their unique strengths and live with confidence, clarity, and alignment.

About

Many capable, values-driven women spend years working hard to become more confident — when what they actually need is clarity.
When you understand your unique strengths and how they operate, life begins to feel different. Decisions take less effort. You stop forcing yourself into roles or rhythms that don’t fit. Confidence grows naturally, not because you’ve changed who you are, but because you’re finally living in alignment with who you are.

This is the work I do — helping women recognise, mature, and confidently use their strengths so life feels more natural, grounded, and sustainable.

I’m a Certified Gallup CliftonStrengths® Coach and ICF-accredited ACC Coach, passionate about helping women discover and confidently use their natural strengths.
Many of the women I work with are capable, responsible, and deeply values-driven — yet still find themselves second-guessing decisions or unsure how they truly fit.
My experience indicates confidence doesn’t come from trying to be more or doing more. It grows when you understand how you are uniquely designed — and learn to live and lead from that place.
Through strengths-based coaching, I help women gain clarity around their CliftonStrengths®, align their strengths with what matters most to them, and apply them intentionally to everyday life — work, leadership, family, and personal goals.

My coaching follows a proven, strengths-based process that helps women move from uncertainty and self-doubt to clarity, confidence, and alignment. Through awareness, intentional reflection, and practical application, clients learn how to use their God-given strengths in everyday life—without striving, burnout, or pretending to be someone they’re not.

The ALIGN Method

A — AWARE

Understand how you’re uniquely designed.
You discover your CliftonStrengths and begin to see your patterns, motivations, and blind spots with clarity and compassion—so you stop questioning your capability.

L — LOCATE

See where life is out of alignment.
We connect your strengths to your real life—work, relationships, decision-making, energy, and faith—so you can clearly identify what’s draining you and what needs to shift.

I — INTENTIONAL

Choose on purpose, not by default.
You clarify what truly matters and learn how to make values-led decisions using your strengths—creating focus, boundaries, and a sense of direction.

G — GROW

Build confidence through practice.
With support and accountability, you begin using your strengths in new, intentional ways—growing confidence, consistency, and trust in yourself through lived experience.

N — NAVIGATE

Live and lead in alignment.
You develop the ability to self-lead with clarity and grace, enhancing confidence, navigating seasons of change while staying grounded in who you are and what matters most.

My coaching style is calm, structured, and reflective. I value intentionality, accountability, consistency, humility, and transparency, and I create a supportive space where growth feels grounded and sustainable.

Testimonials

Coaching with Jodi was genuinely transformative for me it helped me get out of my own way, challenge the negative voice in my head and build real confidence to take action. The most valuable part was having a safe, supportive space to self-reflect deeply and understand some of the personal experiences that had contributed to the blockages holding me back. It was grounding and practical at the same time. Jodi asked thoughtful questions, offered steady encouragement and helped me turn insight into action. These days that negative voice is much quieter and has been replaced by Jodi’s positive encouragement and the tools she equipped me with. I’m now making bolder choices for myself, family and career and I’m far less afraid of mistakes because I use them to learn and grow. Life isn’t meant to be perfect, its meant to be lived with courage. Be brave enough to try, bold enough to fail and wise enough to see the gold was never at the end and it was always in the journey.

- Ricki

Coaching has been instrumental in my growth as a leader. I began feeling overwhelmed by everything I was carrying and unsure how to navigate it well. Through Jodi’s coaching, I’ve gained clarity, understanding, and practical tools—and my work has shifted from overwhelming to genuinely life‑giving. The safe, thoughtful space Jodi creates has been invaluable for reflecting on both my life and leadership.

- Naomi

This 12-month executive coaching journey is designed for emerging and developing leaders who are capable and driven — but recognise that technical skill alone is not enough to lead at the next level.

Learn to live, decide, and act from your strengths - with clarity, confidence, and alignment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect a coaching session to be like?
Each coaching session is confidential and is a safe, supportive, and focused space designed around you — your goals, your strengths, and your current season of life.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, held online via Zoom. We’ll begin by checking in on what’s been happening for you since our last session, and then we’ll focus on what feels most important or pressing for you right now.
You can expect:
  • Thoughtful questions that help you reflect more deeply and gain clarity
  • Strengths-based insights that help you understand how you naturally think, decide, and act
  • Practical next steps you can apply in everyday life
  • Space to pause, process, and reconnect with what matters most to you

I won’t tell you what to do or give prescriptive advice. Instead, I’ll help you uncover your own insights, recognise patterns, and move forward with greater confidence and intentionality.

Sessions are conversational, reflective, and purposeful — many clients describe them as both grounding and energising.

How do I know if I’m ready for coaching?
 You’re likely ready if:
  • You feel capable but not fully confident
  • You’re tired of overthinking and second-guessing yourself
  • You want greater clarity, alignment, and momentum
  • You’re willing to reflect honestly and take intentional action

You don’t need to have everything figured out — that’s what coaching is for.
This isn’t for someone looking for a quick fix or someone else to “tell them what to do.” It is for women who are ready to invest in themselves and grow with purpose.

How is this different from counselling or therapy?
Counselling and therapy often focus on healing past experiences and addressing mental health concerns. That work can be incredibly valuable.
Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused. Our work together is about clarity, growth, and practical change in your everyday life. We’ll look at patterns that may be holding you back, but always with the intention of helping you move forward with confidence, purpose, and aligned action.
This is not therapy, and I won’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, I partner with you to help you recognise your strengths, make intentional choices, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to live.
What if I’m not sure this will work for my specific situation?
That’s completely understandable — every woman’s life, faith journey, and season is different.
My coaching is not a one-size-fits-all program. Each session is tailored to you — your strengths, values, context, and goals.
If you’re unsure, a free discovery call is the best place to explore whether this approach fits your situation. We’ll talk through what’s going on for you and see if working together feels right — with no sales pressure.
What kind of results can I expect, and how quickly?
Most clients notice early shifts within the first few weeks — things like increased clarity, relief from mental overload, and more confidence in decision-making.
Deeper, lasting change tends to happen over time as insights are applied consistently. Coaching isn’t about instant transformation, but about sustainable growth that actually lasts beyond our sessions.
Your progress will depend on your starting point, your goals, and how you engage with the process and act on the insights you gain.
What happens if I don’t see results?
Coaching is a partnership. I bring the structure, questions, tools, and support — and you bring your willingness to reflect and act.
We’ll regularly check in on what’s working and adjust as needed. If something isn’t landing or supporting you well, we’ll talk about it honestly. My commitment is to walk alongside you and support meaningful progress, not to push a rigid process that doesn’t serve you or to take responsibility for your actions or inactions.
Is coaching really worth the investment?
That’s an important question — and one worth considering carefully.
Many clients find that the real cost isn’t the investment in coaching, but the cost of staying stuck: continued self-doubt, lack of clarity, or feeling misaligned in life and work.
Coaching isn’t just about our time together — it’s about developing self-awareness, confidence, and tools you’ll continue using long after the program ends.
What if I don’t have time for coaching right now?
Most women I work with are busy — juggling work, family, responsibilities, and expectations.
Rather than adding pressure, coaching is designed to help you use your time and energy more intentionally. Sessions are structured, focused, and practical, and many clients find that the clarity they gain actually creates more space and ease in their lives.
How long are the coaching packages?
Packages vary depending on your goals. I offer structured packages (such as 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month options) because meaningful change takes time and support.
Each package is designed to allow insights to be integrated into real life — not rushed or superficial change.
How often do we meet?
Most packages include regular 1-hour sessions, typically every two weeks, or once a month, held online via Zoom. This cadence supports reflection, action, accountability, and steady progress without overwhelm.
What is your coaching style like?
My style is warm, grounded, and thoughtful, with a strong emphasis on self-awareness and personal responsibility.
I’ll listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and gently challenge you when needed — always with respect and care. I’m not here to fix you or rush you, but to help you grow with intention, consistency, and integrity.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. I offer payment plan options for most packages to make coaching more accessible while still honouring the value of the work.
You’ll see available payment options listed clearly on each package page.
Do you offer a free discovery call?
Yes. I offer a free discovery call so we can explore your goals, answer questions, and see whether we’re a good fit to work together.
There’s no pressure — just an honest, supportive conversation.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
Life happens. I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited, except in genuine emergencies.
What happens if we’re not a good fit?
Fit matters. If it doesn’t feel right after our discovery call, I’ll be honest — and I hope you will be too. My priority is that you get the right support, even if that means pointing you elsewhere.
Do you work with clients outside New Zealand?
Yes. All coaching sessions are held online, and I work with clients in different time zones. I’m based in New Zealand and will do my best to find a time that works for both of us.
What is the CliftonStrengths assessment?
The CliftonStrengths assessment is a globally recognised strengths assessment that identifies your natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving — the ways you are most naturally wired to show up and do your best work.
Rather than focusing on fixing weaknesses, it helps you understand and intentionally develop what you already do well.
Do I need to complete the CliftonStrengths assessment to work with you?
Not necessarily — but it is highly recommended.
Many of my coaching packages are strengths-based, which means the CliftonStrengths assessment gives us a shared language and a powerful foundation for our work together. If you haven’t completed it yet, we can talk through the best option for you.
How do I purchase the CliftonStrengths assessment?
You purchase the assessment directly online. Once purchased, you’ll receive a link to complete it at a time that suits you.
If you’re unsure which version to buy, I’m happy to guide you before you purchase so you don’t spend money on the wrong option.
How much does the CliftonStrengths assessment cost (in NZ dollars)?
The cost depends on the version you choose and is set by the assessment provider.
Approximate pricing in NZD
  • Top 5 CliftonStrengths: around NZD $40–$45
  • Full 34 CliftonStrengths: around NZD $95–$105

Prices may vary slightly depending on exchange rates at the time of purchase.

If you book a coaching session or package with me, I’m happy to provide a discount code so you can purchase the assessment at a reduced rate — just ask and I’ll guide you through the best option for your situation.

Which CliftonStrengths option should I choose — Top 5 or Full 34?
This depends on your goals.
  • Top 5 is a great starting point if you’re new to strengths and want insight into your dominant talents.
  • Full 34 gives a complete picture of all your strengths in rank order and is especially helpful for deeper personal development, leadership, or longer-term coaching.

If you’re working with me in a 6- or 12-month coaching package, I strongly recommend the Full 34 so we can work more holistically.

How long does the assessment take?
The assessment takes around 30–45 minutes to complete.
It’s important to complete it in one sitting, when you’re feeling relatively rested and free from distractions, so your results reflect your natural responses rather than overthinking.
Will you help me understand my results?
 Yes — absolutely.
The real value of CliftonStrengths comes after the assessment. I will help you:
  • Gain awareness as to what your strengths actually mean in real life
  • See how they show up in your work, relationships, and decision-making
  • Learn how to mature and apply them intentionally rather than leaving them on autopilot

This is where clarity, confidence, and alignment really begin.

What if I completed the CliftonStrengths assessment years ago?
That’s completely fine. Your strengths don’t change significantly, but your awareness and how you use them can
If you already have results, we can use them as a starting point and explore how your strengths are currently serving you — or where they may be overused, underused, or misunderstood in this season of life.
