Which CliftonStrengths option should I choose — Top 5 or Full 34?
- Top 5 is a great starting point if you’re new to strengths and want insight into your dominant talents.
- Full 34 gives a complete picture of all your strengths in rank order and is especially helpful for deeper personal development, leadership, or longer-term coaching.
If you’re working with me in a 6- or 12-month coaching package, I strongly recommend the Full 34 so we can work more holistically.
How long does the assessment take?
It’s important to complete it in one sitting, when you’re feeling relatively rested and free from distractions, so your results reflect your natural responses rather than overthinking.
