About
I want you to feel seen, heard, resourced, connected — and relieved.
If you are navigating neurodivergence in your family or classroom, you don’t have to do it alone. As a certified Neurodiversity Coach and parent with over a decade of lived experience, I know firsthand how joyful AND exhausting and isolating the journey can be. My goal is to provide the support and resources I struggled to find.
I specialize in working with parents and educators to better understand and support the neurodivergent individuals in their lives and to create better relationships.

Certifications: Certified Neurodiversity Coach; Certified in Group Coaching; Certificate in The Neurodiverse Classroom; mediation certificate dialogue facilitation certificate
Education: Ph.D. and MA in Communication Studies; B.A. in Psychology.
Professional Background: 14 years of teaching and research in communication (focusing on listening, dialogue, conflict mediation, and language/rhetoric and identity), backed by experience in crisis counseling and psychiatric research.
Fundamentally, communication and relational dynamics are at the heart of parenting, advocacy, and your relationship with your child.
From my communication background, I bring the idea that how we talk to and about our neurodivergent connections strongly impacts their next move and ultimately, what they feel they can do and who they feel they can become.
I aim to offer a path toward a new understanding of your child, student, or family member, and to work together to create a blueprint for connection, support, and success. I believe in a customized approach tailored to your exact needs.
I am so excited to meet you.
