I get to help people find their wholeness again. When something traumatic happens to us, we get fragmented, and let’s face it, being human is traumatizing! Especially if you identify as Highly Sensitive Person, Introvert, or Empath, 

I use resilience-building techniques such as yoga, meditation, transformational and spiritual integration coaching, sound healing, intuitive energy clearing, and EFT Tapping to help bring people back to their wholeness--to rediscover it, or to find it for the first time.

I believe that coming from a place of wholeness helps empower people to get in touch with their inner truth and soul’s calling. This can facilitate bringing their dreams to reality, because, when we’re in our wholeness, and when we show up to life from that resourced place of personal power, knowing that we are whole, knowing our truths, knowing our gifts to the world, well, we’re an unstoppable force to be reckoned with! I call that Embodied Self-Leadership.
