Testimonials

Exceptional experience! I sometimes struggled with my undiagnosed ADHD. One of my short term goals was to hire an ADHD coach and I am very pleased with my experience with Lemonade Life Coaching’s supportive approach to coaching. I felt amazing after sessions and could reach out to Jessica if I needed a boost or was stuck. Just what I needed.

Throughout our sessions, we worked through my strengths and weakness. It turns out I was doing a lot of things right for my ADHD brain and had been all along. Not only did Jessica helped me to accept my unique brain chemistry but also to fortify my "human areas," as she called them, but she validated my brain and increased my confidence. Exactly what I wanted from the start. So happy I found this place!

My world is different now. It isn’t easy, but things have significantly improved. If any of this speaks to you, I recommend calling Jessica and giving her at least 15 minutes of your time for a consultation. She might be able to impact your world like she did mine.

At 47 I had hit the same roadblocks enough times to admit that I did not have the tools to overcome them myself, so I looked for an ADHD coach. What I got was beyond my expectations. Jessica started by identifying more strengths than I had considered before. She helped me understand and appreciate my mind, not as an obstacle but as an opportunity. Jessica was kind and firm and would not let me sulk in shame or self blame, Refreshing. The best coach is the one you don’t need anymore because you actually learned something along the way. Thanks Jessica!
