I’m Jenny Aiello, a Life Coach, Spiritual Psychology and E4 Trauma Coach. For over 17 years, I’ve walked beside clients as they heal from heartbreak, trauma, and life transitions—helping them turn pain into wisdom and wisdom into purpose. I’m fortunate to have shared in their celebrations too! I’m deeply invested in my clients’ growth and well-being, and I love how we walk side by side on this journey together.

Drawing on my experience through divorce, blended family, raising 5 children into adulthood, loss and grief, addiction and co-dependency, estrangement, and a lot of caregiving along the way, life taught me that our deepest wounds often carry our greatest gifts. Our pain will often birth our purpose.
