About

Welcome, I’m glad you’re here!

For as long as I can remember I’ve held deep rooted practices around health and wellbeing. Through my own personal exploration, experimentation, education, and navigation of life’s transitions the intention of my practice has grown from personal to a dedication of joining others, maybe even you, on their wellness journey.

As an Integrative Wellness Coach, my work is supportive and empowering, taking into account the whole person (mind, body, and spirit), and grounded in the belief that every person has innate wisdom and healing potential within themselves. Coaching, for me, is about creating an open, healing space where that inner knowing can be clarified, trusted, and translated into meaningful action.

I work with people who are ready to own the change they envision for themselves, but who value the presence of a thoughtful accountability partner along the way. Many of my clients are navigating growth, transition, or burnout, and are seeking a more intentional relationship with their health, wellbeing, and direction in life.

At the center of my work is values-based exploration. Together, we identify what truly matters to you — envisioning your future and what you want your health and energy for. From there, we build sustainable practices and decisions that support alignment between your values and the life you want to be living.

My approach is defined by my diverse background in business and leadership, wellness coaching, and movement education as a classically trained Pilates instructor. This allows me to support dimensions of change holistically — blending reflection, embodiment, and grounded strategy.

If you’re looking for a collaborative coaching relationship that honors where you are today while helping you stay accountable to the life you want to create, I’d be thrilled to work with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is integrative health and wellness coaching?
Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching is a human centered, relational approach to working with individuals collaboratively to address the health and wellbeing of the whole person. It acknowledges the interdependent roles of mind, body, and spirit, and the innate healing capacity within each person, with an emphasis on self-care.
How is integrative wellness coaching different from therapy?
Therapy explores past experiences and trauma and is provided by licensed mental health professionals. Integrative wellness coaching is forward-focused and collaborative; coaching supports you in clarifying values, setting goals, and creating practical action steps that promote overall wellbeing across areas like relationships, movement, nutrition, sleep, resilience, and lifestyle. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy, and many people find the two complement each other well.
What should you expect from our coaching relationship?
An open, non-judgemental space built on trust, honesty, and respect. Our sessions create an environment for reflection, clarity, and meaningful conversation, paired with practical goal-setting and gentle accountability. You bring your lived experience and insight; I provide guidance along the journey and support as you move toward what matters most to you.
Do you accept HSA/FSA?
Yes. Check with your HSA/FSA provider on documentation required. Coaching services must be tied to the prevention, treatment, or management of a medical condition to qualify. Many times a physician provided letter of medical necessity (LMN) is required stating that health and wellness coaching is recommended to treat or manage a medical condition. Reach out to me for more information and a sample LMN.
Are you available between sessions?
Yes, I am available via email or text communication between sessions for additional support.
What's your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session rate. This policy helps honor the time and care reserved for each client. Thank you for your understanding.
