Does my coaching package or sessions expire?
All coaching packages and sessions expire 6 months after the date of purchase.
How do I prepare for my coaching sessions?
Please complete the "Getting To Know You" Pre-session survey sent via email. Before your session think of a specific area of concern that you'd like to address. Write down your concern and any key points in a notebook and bring it with you to your session.
Is my coaching package or sessions refundable?
No. All coaching packages and sessions are non-refundable.
What happens if I am not satisfied with my coaching package or session?
In the event of dissatisfaction, all efforts will be made to make things right.
How many coaching sessions will I receive?
Each coaching package has its own set amount of sessions. Please refer to your specific coaching package for more details.
How do I schedule another coaching session?
To schedule future coaching sessions please visit my "calendar of availability" and follow all of the scheduling prompts.
Am I allowed to have family or friends participate in my coaching sessions?
No. Coaching sessions are an individual 1 to 1 coaching session.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Results are based on your efforts and the actions you take to transform your life.
Will my coaching session take place in-person or online?
All sessions are done by ZOOM so that you are able to connect comfortably from anywhere. For your safety I do ask that you do not ZOOM and drive! Please make sure that you are in a safe and quiet space that is free from interruptions and has great Wifi connectivity.
How long is my coaching session?
All coaching sessions are 50 minutes in duration (discovery calls are 30 minutes).
How do I cancel or reschedule my discovery call, trial session, or coaching session appointment?
PLEASE NOTE...Client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Coach 24 hours in
advance of the scheduled discovery call, trial session, or coaching session of the need to cancel or reschedule their upcoming appointment. Canceling or rescheduling a discovery call, trial session, or coaching session appointment is generally discouraged, so please only book appointments that you're confident you'll be able to make. Of course, I understand that life happens and sometimes changes are inevitable! In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your discovery call, trial session, or coaching session please log into your client portal or click on the link in your appointment confirmation email and follow the prompts. Failure to cancel or reschedule your discovery call, trial session, or coaching session appointment will be considered a "No Show." Any "No Show" appointments are not eligible for rescheduling.
What do I do if I am running late for my discovery call, trial session, or coaching session appointment?
I understand that things may come up. In the event you are going to be late please contact me at (702) 381-1504. PLEASE NOTE...that if you are more than 10 minutes late your discovery call, trial session, or coaching session appointment will automatically be canceled and marked as a "No Show." Any "No Show" appointments are not eligible for rescheduling.
What do I do if I want to terminate the coaching relationship?
The Client or coach has the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any point during the coaching process. Choosing to terminate the coaching relationship does not constitute a refund of any paid coaching package or coaching sessions. In the event of termination, all efforts will be made to make things right. As such, please submit a "Clients Notice of Termination" via email to [email protected].
