Dr. Janet Steen Enos

Vibrant Retirement Coach

About

I help retired women approach Every day with the same excitement as a kid on the first day of summer vacation, helping them go from "What's next?" to "I can't wait to wake up tomorrow!"

Are you facing retirement with a loss of excitement and identity, or with no plan for "what's next"?

Using our proven V.I.B.R.A.N.T. Retirement Framework, you'll go from languishing to flourishing.

We spend years focused on financially planning for our retirement, but what about the rest of it? What about what we'll do with all of the days, weeks, and years we'll have between our last day of work and the end of our lives? That can mean decades to fill and BE fulfilled.

The V.I.B.R.A.N.T. Retirement Framework will help you explore each of your life domains and then design & create a vibrant action plan for your next chapter. This is my 8-week Signature Program. While none of us wants the schedule rigidity of the working world once we retire, the V.I.B.R.A.N.T. Retirement Framework provides a structured and fun way to explore all of the areas of our lives and the possibilities available to us.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
Coaching is not therapy. Therapy helps people go from a dis-ease/dysfunctional state to a baseline level of functioning. Coaching helps people already at a BASELINE level of functioning move forward toward an OPTIMAL level of flourishing. I engage a positive psychology and a framework that includes assessments, tools, and coaching to propel you toward success. I'll guide you in designing an action-focused plan for transformation from where you are now to where you want to be. We'll explore and discover your strengths and talents to unleash personal growth, improve relationships, overall well-being, and better balance your life domains to achieve your goals.

What is Mental Wealth?
Much like financial wealth, you can (and should!) build mental wealth from multiple streams. relying on support as needed. Mental wealth is a comprehensive, expansive measure of prosperity of overall well-being that includes mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health, and includes components such as fitness, healthy eating, sleep, relaxation, stress management, resilience, positivity, success, enriching relationships, confidence, connection, lifelong learning, and many more concepts & activities that contribute to overall well-being and contentment with life.
