I know this, not just professionally, but personally.
After overcoming deep childhood trauma and later being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition at 19, I learned firsthand that healing doesn’t come from fixing what’s “wrong”...
 it comes from listening to what the body has been protecting.

How does Mind Body Dynamic Integration work?
Mind Body Dynamic Integration is a culmination of my life's professional work and lived experiences (See below for specific examples).
I work with people to train (entrain, really) and practice in
Three core Pillars: Presence, Self Love  and Intention-
to Integrate Body, Mind and Spirit.

At the root of why we struggle or remain stuck with symptoms, stress, and dis-ease are unprocessed emotionally charged memories.

These memories – when triggered through our senses by our environment – activate a fear based lens of misperception, protective walls, and masks, as well as limiting beliefs, which rob us of our fullest and greatest potential.

The consequence and direct impact of being driven by reactive patterns is experienced within ourselves, our body and our relationships.

Mind Body Dynamic Integration will empower you to live in the present moment and thus activate your body’s natural ability to heal, and your life’s greatest potential for creating thriving relationships, by embodying the three Pillars.

What is the procedure for scheduling the first appointment?
When scheduling your explore call, you will fill out a survey.
I ask deep questions and they are all about YOU!

The survey will enable me to get to know you a little better before meeting to be the most efficient with our time.

Upon meeting and hearing your goals and seeing if we are a fit to work together...I will offer my best opinion of how I can be of service or refer you to someone who can assist you.

I have lots of talented friends and colleagues and LOVE to connect.

Regardless of us continuing in professional relationship, I will hold space compassionately and provide value in support for you to discern your next best step to achieve your greatest and fullest potential based on our connection.

At the end of our meeting, I will give you one of three invitations:
An application to work together for 90 days in my Hybrid Group- 1:1 program
or
a link to my monthly Dynamic Integrative Circles where we practice the basics together (once a month) for a nominal fee.

And/or an opportunity to receive emails from me to stay in connection.

How long are Mind Body Dynamic Integrative sessions?
New client sessions can be any length. Even in our free Explore call.
More than the length of time, is the quality of your connection, presence and understanding in the practice of becoming more self aware and processing what you feel.
Highest amplification in my experience is 90–120 minutes for big pattern interrupts. 
Modalities harnessed in the Mind Body Dynamic Integrative Process
Mind Body Dynamic Integration is a culmination of my life's professional work and lived personal experience.
The most effective processing tool I've learned is the The LifeLine Technique®. The LifeLine Technique® is a process that follows 16 steps that map the subconscious mind. Through the course of a session we implement aspects of each of these various modalities to raise vibration and repattern the subconscious mind.

Mind Body Dynamic Integrationcan incorporate aspects of these healing arts:
Applied Kinesiology, Breathwork, Fascial Maneuvers, Traditional Chinese Medicine & Five Elements Theory, Chiropractic Philosophy, Ayurvedic Medicine, Applied Kinesiology, Total Body Modification (TBM), Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), Neuro-Linguistic Reprogramming (NLP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Tapping, Shamanism, Homeopathy, Color Therapy, Sound Therapy, Essential Oils, Holographic Repatterning, Psychoneuroimmunology, Epigenetics, Visioning and Intention setting with personal "I AM" statements, Journaling for deepening exercises.
What kind of therapy is Mind Body Dynamic Integration ?
The Mind Body Dynamic Integration is NOT therapy. While many people experience symptoms they would not choose, in the practice of our work together we view every "symptom" as an opportunity to change.
Feedback, Not Problem.
We are not treating or diagnosing anything- we are simply raising vibration through conscious observation. The body knows how to heal, regenerate and be whole~ this process allows us to support it in a very intentional way.
Slowing down to intentionally observe and harmonize unprocessed memories that are carrying an emotional charge.
Energy in motion stays in motion until met with an equal or greater force. We apply "Infinite Love and Gratitude"!
How Long does Integration Take?
One of the most common questions clients ask is:
"How long does integration take?"
The honest answer is that there isn't one ideal timeline.
Integration depends on many factors, including the depth of the work, your nervous system capacity, current stress levels, overall health, and how much subconscious material was activated during the session.
Every person processes differently.
What matters most is not how quickly change happens, but allowing your system the space it needs to reorganize and embody what has shifted.
The First 24–72 Hours: Initial Processing
This is often the most active phase of integration.
During this time, you may notice:
• Increased energy or temporary fatigue
 • Emotional sensitivity
 • Vivid or meaningful dreams
 • New insights and realizations
 • Physical sensations or shifts in the body
 • Changes in mood, perspective, or awareness
This is often your nervous system's way of processing and recalibrating.
The goal during this phase is not to force understanding.
Simply notice what you notice.
Days 3–7: Reorganization
As the initial processing settles, deeper integration often begins.
You may notice:
• New responses to old triggers
 • Greater emotional regulation
 • Increased awareness of patterns and habits
 • More clarity in relationships or decision-making
 • Reduced emotional charge around situations that previously activated you
Interestingly, this is often the stage where people assume "nothing is happening."
The dramatic shifts may quiet down.
The work begins moving from awareness into embodiment.
Subtle does not mean insignificant.
Days 7–21: Embodiment
This is where lasting change begins taking root.
The question is no longer:
"What did I learn?"
The question becomes:
"Can this awareness become a new way of being?"
As new experiences are repeated, neural pathways strengthen and the nervous system begins learning that the new state is safe, familiar, and sustainable.
This is why insight alone rarely creates lasting transformation.
The body requires time and lived experience before a new pattern becomes natural.
A Helpful Way to Think About Integration
I often encourage clients to view the process in two stages:
Days 1–5: Active Integration
Give yourself extra space, hydration, rest, movement, and self-observation.
Weeks 2–3: Embodiment
Notice how you respond to life as it unfolds.
Observe what feels different without trying to force anything.
The session itself may have lasted 60–90 minutes.
The integration process often continues for 14–21 days.
How You'll Know the Work Is Integrating
Many people measure progress by how they feel immediately after a session.
I encourage a different perspective.
True integration is not measured by the intensity of an emotional release, a breakthrough, or how "good" you feel afterward.
Integration is revealed when life presents the same trigger, stressor, relationship dynamic, or circumstance—and you respond differently without having to force yourself to respond differently.
That's when awareness has become embodiment.
That's when the work has moved beyond insight and into lived experience.
So rather than asking:
"How do I feel right now?"
Consider asking:
"Who am I becoming?"
The deeper evidence of transformation often reveals itself over the days and weeks that follow.
