Coaching for making clear, self-respecting decisions when it matters most.

About

Decision Integrity Coaching

For people facing decisions that matter.

Some decisions arrive quietly.

A career move that keeps returning to your mind.
A leadership responsibility that asks more of you.
A life transition that raises a deeper question:

What kind of life do I want to stand behind?

When the stakes are high, people often look for advice, reassurance, or certainty.

But the real work is different.

It is learning to trust your own clarity in the moment a decision must be made.

That is the work of Decision Integrity.

What I Do

I work with thoughtful individuals and professionals who are tired of second-guessing themselves and want a steadier way to make important decisions.

Through coaching conversations and structured reflection, clients learn how to:

  • quiet the emotional noise around a decision
  • separate urgency from truth
  • stand inside their choices without needing outside validation
  • build lasting trust in their own judgment

This work is not about motivation.

It is about making decisions you can stand behind.

My Coaching Approach

My coaching is grounded in a simple belief:

Clarity is not a personality trait.
 It is a practice.

The work we do together is guided by several principles:

  • emotional steadiness over emotional intensity
  • self-respect over approval
  • process over prediction
  • choice over reaction

Over time, clients develop the ability to move through complex decisions with greater calm, clarity, and confidence.

Where This Work Applies

Clients often bring decisions related to:

  • career and leadership crossroads
  • major life transitions
  • relationships and boundaries
  • moments where the next step feels uncertain

The specific situation varies.

The underlying work is the same: learning how to choose with integrity.

A First Conversation

Many people begin with a Clarity Call.

It’s a short conversation where we explore a decision you’re facing and look at it from a new perspective.

Sometimes one thoughtful conversation is enough to bring surprising clarity.

Testimonials

I was fortunate enough to have face-to-face coaching with Coach Jacque. Her presence makes you feel safe and understood.

When I met Coach Jacque, I was the “Queen of Excuses.” I always had an answer for everything, but I knew I was holding myself back from excelling in the way I wanted. Coach Jacque did not accept my excuses and challenged me to look deep within and face my fears. She also helped me recognize some of my fears that I wasn’t even aware of.

Working with Coach Jacque has made me aware that I can step out of my comfort zone and be okay.

If you are looking for a Coach who will call you out for your benefit so that you can excel in your journey, Coach Jacque can undoubtedly help.

If you are tired of standing in your way, contact Coach Jacque.

- Rathi S, NorthWest London, UK

Jacque was a breath of fresh air. Like many, I found myself unemployed thanks to the Pandemic. I was devastated, my confidence shaken, and I had no clue what my next move should be.

Adding weekly coaching sessions with Jacque gave me a safe place to look at career options and myself. She helped me talk through my fears and encouraged me to believe in myself.

Five months after meeting, I found myself in a better role.

Ten out of ten recommend working with Coach Jacque!

Clarity often begins with a single thoughtful conversation.

Most people don’t struggle to make decisions because they lack clarity—they struggle because they don’t trust themselves to live with the consequences of choosing what they already know is true.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is life coaching, and how does it differ from therapy?
Life coaching is a forward-focused process designed to help individuals identify their goals, overcome challenges, and develop actionable plans to achieve personal or professional success. Unlike therapy, which often delves into emotional healing and resolving past traumas, life coaching is centered on growth, clarity, and action. Coaches help clients tap into their potential by setting clear objectives and providing accountability, whereas therapists focus on mental health, emotional issues, and diagnosing disorders.
Who can benefit from life coaching?
Life coaching is for anyone looking to make meaningful changes in their life, whether personal or professional. Whether you're seeking clarity in your career, wanting to develop better habits, improve relationships, or even build confidence, life coaching can help. It's especially beneficial for individuals feeling stuck, overwhelmed by decisions, or those wanting guidance to unlock their potential.
How does a life coaching session work?
A typical life coaching session involves discussing your current challenges, goals, and aspirations with your coach. Together, you'll explore what’s holding you back and create a customized plan to move forward. Sessions may include setting goals, identifying action steps, exploring new perspectives, and overcoming mental roadblocks. Most coaching relationships last for a few months, meeting weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the program and your goals.
How long does it take to see results from life coaching?
Change takes time. It is important to spend three months reflecting on your goals and the habits you have formed to achieve them. During this period, you review your habits, make incremental changes, see transformation, adjust your goals and priorities where you see fit, and incorporate any changes in your situation, beliefs, and abilities.
What should I expect from Life Coaching?
You can expect a life coach to provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability.

A coach acts as a partner, helping you identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and navigate challenges.

They won’t tell you what to do, but they will ask powerful questions, offer tools, and create a supportive space for making decisions that align with your values and desires.

A good life coach will also hold you accountable for taking action on your commitments.
