I’ve Sat in Your Chair.

I know that weight because I’ve carried it. For 29 years, I’ve served in the trenches:
  • 14 years as a Lead Pastor.
  • 9 years on Church Staff.
  • 5 years and counting as an Associational Leader.
Throughout my ministry, I’ve had the joy of helping hundreds of churches and associations move from surviving to thriving. I don’t believe the Lord wants you to just "get by." I believe He has a specific plan for your congregation to advance the gospel and change lives.

  1. Discovery Call: We start with a free 30-minute discussion to uncover your specific needs.
  2. The "Sample" Session: We follow that with a 30-minute coaching "taster" or an in-depth leadership roundtable to identify the root of the drift.
  3. The Renewal Process: Once we find the target, we schedule regular coaching or begin a customized revitalization process.
