Carrissa is a family nurse practitioner in Maine, a national conference speaker, a sleep apnea coach, the owner/operator of Hello Sleep Health, and the wife of a successful CPAP user. She understands how frustrating having sleep apnea (treated or untreated) can be.

Coaching compliments the work your healthcare team is already doing, but it can't replace your doctor because it's not formal medical advice. The information provided through coaching is meant for educational purposes only.
Do you take insurance?
No. We do not bill insurance or participate in any insurance plans. This gives us and our clients the flexibility to work together without someone else (their insurance company) telling us "no."
Our clients get proof of payment that they can submit to their FSA, HSA, HRA, or insurance company for reimbursement, if desired.
Our office does not write letters of medical necessity or complete prior authorizations.
