About

I'm Helen, the coaching psychologist and punk-spirited supervisor behind The Revolutionary Coaches' H.Q™ - the radical home for professional, ethical coaches and mentors who dare to think, be, and do things differently. 

We share a revolutionary spirit, a curious mind, and an intelligent heart.
I'm also the GenXistential Coach®, with a specialism in existential positive psychology (EPP) and I'm privileged to be the Salonnière for the Gen X Salon®.

With an MSc in Coaching Psychology & Applied Positive Psychology from the University of East London and trained as a Supervisor by the International Centre for Coaching Supervision, I've created something unique: The Revolutionary Coaches' H.Q™. This is where coaching psychology expertise meets you where you're at, where boring, generic coaching has No Future, and where YOUR transformation happens through bespoke supervision.

My Three Pillars of Transformative Supervision

Normative: Upholding the highest ethical standards and professional practices. We explore the frameworks, boundaries, and responsibilities that keep both you and your clients safe while maintaining the integrity of our profession.

The GenXistential Coach®

I also coach individuals as The GenXistential Coach®, helping Gen Xers navigate ‘life’s sh*tshow’ as I call it; those big, midlife transitional changes of loss and endings - perhaps divorce, aging parents, empty nest, career, or the death of a loved one, or even a combination. 
As the GenXistential Coach® I facilitate you finding the meaning inside, behind, and around the change so that you can recalibrate to your new self in a supported way. As Bowie sang “Turn and face the strange…”
My private practice has some availability right now for new clients and I work in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh (other locations can be considered, including online). The Gen X Salon®

The Gen X Salon® is for Gen Xers who are
  • Intellectually discerning
  • Creatively minded
  • Psychologically curious
  • Existentially challenged
We meet in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh throughout the year for the types of conversation you don't get anywhere else. 
We eat in convivial restaurants (from pizza joints to kinda fancy), we stroll through exhibitions & galleries and then grab a coffee for a debrief, we go to In-Yer-Face theatre, book & poetry readings, grass roots gigs, and Soho drinking dens. If it's going to be inspiring, thought provoking, and fun we'll do it. 
We don't have a hierarchy, there's no VIP level, no Golden Circle, and definitely no 'elite status'. 
We are egalitarian.
We are Gen X.

Perfect for working through specific challenges or mastering new techniques. Three sessions to be taken over six months to create lasting change in how you show up as a coach or mentor. Equivalent to £140 per session.
