About
So that's where we start. Not with your voice or what you're saying, but with the body and the breath that supports it. Tackling the tension that creeps in when the stakes go up. Examining the physical habits your body has developed to protect you that are no longer helping.
Releasing tension, freeing the breath, finding posture and movement that feels open and authoritative, not armoured. Then we bring in the voice: words, language, articulation, expression, connection.

Testimonials
I recently worked with Helen for support in delivering talks, an area I'm stepping in to more and wanted to develop. Whilst I love giving talks, I was still finding that nerves were getting the better of me in the first few minutes and I've always felt uncomfortable telling my own story. So we worked together on this over 4 sessions looking at posture, hand gesturing, intonation, using the full range of my voice, pacing, breathing and taking the time to tell my story. It was such a fascinating and brilliantly helpful course and I would recommend Helen to anyone who is wanting to develop their public speaking skills, whether just starting out, or looking to hone and perfect certain elements. I'm now really excited to get out there more and connect in a much better way with my lovely clients! Thanks Helen x

Helen is a true professional, and knows the craft of voice acting and using your voice, inside and out.
Helen helped me gain much needed confidence in myself and in my voice, finding parts of my voice I didn’t know I had.
Helen is a very nice woman and was great to get along with.
She made me feel welcome, right from the start.

Just completed the 'Introduction to Public Speaking workshop' held in Trowbridge. I took this to improve my presentation skills and to control my nerves when I need to speak to larger audiences at work. It was a really helpful session, packed with useful information and very good hands-on practice. Helped greatly by the group of friendly and like-minded participants. Helen is great and made it fun and also managed to create a really supportive setting giving me (and clearly others too) a significant confidence boost. I can't wait for a follow up workshop, if Helen decides to run it.
