Mandy Flanders is a somatic practitioner specializing in trauma, nervous system health, and early imprint resolution. With a warm, intuitive approach, she has helped hundreds of clients heal deep-seated patterns, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Drawing from advanced training in somatic experiencing, polyvagal theory, Transforming Touch®, and beginning training in pre- and perinatal psychology, Mandy integrates science-backed nervous system regulation with practical tools for resilience and self-trust. Her 6-month coaching container is designed for deep transformation, incorporating somatics, sequencing imprints, and guided rituals to support clients in breaking old cycles and stepping into their fullest potential.
Beyond her work with clients, Mandy is a birth doula, an advocate for early developmental healing, and a dedicated practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and strength training. She also co-hosts retreats in Costa Rica and volunteers at a wolf sanctuary, bringing her passion for nature, movement, and healing into all aspects of her life.
