Hi, I’m Jenny, the founder of Gold Brook Leadership Coaching, and I’m so glad you’re here.

By day, I’m an HR executive, and I’ve spent many years in HR sitting across the table from people at every stage of their careers. I’ve helped leaders step into bigger roles, supported teams through change, and had countless heartfelt conversations with people who were quietly wondering, “Is this really what I want?” What I’ve learned is that success is never just about the title. It’s a blend of work, family, health, and purpose, and everyone deserves a version of it that feels sustainable and fulfilling.

That belief is why I became a coach. I’m ICF-trained, and my approach is client-led. You are the expert on your own life, so I won’t hand you a formula. I bring warmth, curiosity, honest reflection, and the practical perspective of someone who sees how organizations work from the inside every day. Together we’ll sort through what’s on your mind, name your strengths, and turn complicated ideas into clear next steps.

I work with corporate leaders navigating transitions, solopreneurs weighing their next move, mid-career professionals asking what’s next, and busy people balancing demanding careers with family and everything else life asks of them. I understand that juggle personally.  

I coach alongside my career by choice, and I take on a small number of clients at a time. I love this work, and I love being able to give each person my full attention and truly help them move forward. When you work with me, you’re never a number on a calendar.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors in nature. I’m a huge animal lover, and my greatest joy is my kiddo, who I’m endlessly proud of. That same care and patience shows up in my coaching, too.
