My background as a U.S. Army veteran and IT professional has given me a unique understanding of the pressures of demanding environments.  But it was my personal journey – overcoming chronic fatigue and finding inner peace after a period of feeling unfulfilled – that ultimately led me to become a Health and Life Coach. I now use my experience and training to help others navigate similar challenges.

To ensure a productive session, a quiet environment is recommended. We offer sessions via Zoom or phone call, eliminating travel time and maximizing your valuable time.
HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT FROM THERAPY?
It's crucial to distinguish between coaching and therapy. Coaching is a forward-focused partnership that empowers individuals to define life goals, develop actionable steps, and maintain accountability through structured follow-up sessions.
