Every client working with Germany Career Coach begins with a 60-minute ‘Strategy Session’ to learn about your goals and individualized career development needs. This includes a review of your applicant profile, labor alignment analysis, and strategies for your individual situation. You will receive personalized education, career, and application recommendations to help you land your first (or next!) job in Germany. The philosophy with Germany Career Strategy Sessions is that everything is connected: your experience and your goals relate to what you include in your resume, and your job search strategy needs to be individualized to your location, desired position, and personal preferences. The bottom line is that a Strategy Session helps you make an informed decision about your next Germany-focused career move in a short period of time. After the Strategy Session, you can choose to follow-up as needed or continue on with a coaching package. I will help you decide which option is best for you!
