That may include and not limited to : Trauma informed practice, harm reduction, stages of change, nervous system regulation, chakra development themes, Lunar cycle pacing, 8 step Framed intentions behavioral model, and shadow awareness. This is NOT forced change.
This is about becoming aware of what has been “protecting you” and choosing differently when ready. Intentionally Building a stronger foundation to build on your aligned needs and wants as an intentional transformation through grounded integration and support.
