I'm Chris, founder of ExecuQuest Coaching, LLC and a coach for catalysts: leaders who move their organizations through change. I hold a Master's in Human Resource Development, am working toward my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and serve on ICF-MD's Board of Directors.

My coaching is built on the QUEST Framework and starts from a simple idea: the biggest barriers to change are often the ones we carry ourselves. I offer senior leaders dedicated time and space with a confidential partner to get out of their own way and lead change from the inside out.
