Before working with Evita, I had read a number of books and done a lot of therapy around codependency. Once I started my work with Evita, I was able to see how codependency was so deeply ingrained in my identify and in how I moved through the world. Evita helped me peel back the extensive layers around my codependency in ways that I was unable to do in traditional therapy. I am finally able to understand that I am lovable even when I am not giving, caring or trying to fix someone else. For the first time in many decades, I am able to feel joy and love in ways that I never knew possible.

As a Trauma-Informed Coach, I was looking for someone in the Healing Sphere who could not only help me find my blind spots but would also challenge me and hold me to the fire as well.

Evita could not have been more perfect for me at this point along my journey. She is incredibly intelligent, kind, but firm as well.
