The Kickstart
Ready for a kickstart? This coaching package includes three sessions and is designed to be fast-paced and action-oriented. Meeting weekly or bi-weekly, our goal is to help you gain momentum on a project, whether that means getting the wheels turning on a new project or helping you cross the finish line on one that has stalled. Let's go!
The Coaching Journey
Ready for a new perspective? This coaching package is truly a journey. Gain new awareness about yourself, how you're wired, and what works for you as you estabish and move towards your goals. This package includes nine sessions and is designed to be used over the course of 3+ months.
The Spark Session
Time for a spark? This 75-minute coaching session is designed to help you get traction on a specific challenge. Utilizing the PQ methodology, we identify ways you're sabotaging yourself, help you find a supportive mindset, brainstorm solutions together, and allow you to move forward with intention.
