I’m Erica Goings, an Emmy Award-winning producer, casting director, faith-based coach, mentor, and speaker.

For more than 20 years, I worked in television and media, helping people discover their voice, own their story, and show up with confidence. My career spans major unscripted and courtroom television, and in 2022, I won an Emmy for producing Judy Justice.

Throughout that time, I coached people through auditions, interviews, and life-changing moments on camera. I have a gift for drawing out what is real, finding the heart of someone’s story, and getting to the root of who a person truly is. What I discovered along the way was that my greatest strength wasn’t simply helping people get the part. It was helping them see what was already inside them. Today, I bring that same passion to coaching, helping people recognize their God-given potential, overcome what’s holding them back, and walk confidently into their calling.

What sets me apart isn’t just what I’ve accomplished. It’s the life behind it. I’ve been around people from every walk of life, and what I know for certain is that no matter where someone stands, the weight they’re carrying runs deeper than what they show the world. I understand that, not from a textbook, but because I’ve lived through enough of life’s complexity to get it firsthand. That’s what I bring into every coaching call.

My own story includes seasons most people only hear about. Extraordinary success and total loss. Faith that has been tested and came out stronger. The kind of pain that either breaks you or builds you, and by God’s grace, it built me. 

Those experiences shaped my perspective and gave me an in-depth understanding of what people are walking through and what it actually takes to come out on the other side.

Now I bring those hard-earned lessons together with more than two decades of leadership, mentoring, and coaching to help others break through fear, silence self-doubt, and step into the life they’re called to live.
