About
As a child I suffered from asthma which later evolved into adult eczema. Being on steroids for over 23 years didn’t work and results from natural solutions were short-lived. I struggled for years to lead a healthy lifestyle without success. I didn’t know what to do or how to even begin, so I tried to do the best I could on my own. The only tool I had was my willpower which wasn’t always reliable.
I couldn’t see a future life being eczema free until I took the focus off my skin and on to the inside. That was in January 2008, and I’ve been eczema-free since. Today, when I look around I see others having those same struggles.
As a mother I focus especially on helping other mothers make healthy lifestyle choices for their children struggling with eczema, allergies and asthma. Together we’ll explore the best approach for your child’s unique situation as they begin their transformation journey. I offer guidance through educating, motivating and empowering my clients on the simple changes they too can make for a healthy body, mind and spirit.
On the personal side, I enjoy several hobbies that allow me to maintain a balanced life. Like decorating, collecting antiques and when time permits, I also enjoy traveling. Above all this, I’m a child of God and I love Jesus.
I’m a certified Natural Lifestyle Health Educator and a Master Certified Health Coach. I bring the same principles I’ve experienced myself and what I’ve learned in the classroom to help my clients finally enjoy a vibrant life.

How will course material be delivered?
In your account you’ve set-up on this platform. You will need to have a gmail email address.
What is the difference between your two major programs?
The private program is specific to client needs based on the lifestyle analysis from the completed Lifestyle Assessment Form (LAF). The group program is a general wellness program designed to address the challenges associated with eczema in general.
Can I take both your programs?
Some clients have but that is totally up to you. It would be best to first take the private one-on-one program which addressed your specific needs.
How does a child do the programs?

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Refer to the Cancellation policy outlined in your program's coaching contract Agreement. Cancellation must be in writing.
Can I cancel my agreement if I change my mind?
Refer to the Termination and Refund policies outlined in your program's coaching contract Agreement. Cancelations must be in writing.
What if I need to be away from a session when there’s a holiday?
Depending on which holiday falls within each program, we’ve allowed for one holiday break during the private program and two during the group sessions. This also allows clients to catch-up if they’ve fallen behind with their assignments.
