Enough Already Project

Helping teens learn that they have always been enough, are enough now and always will be enough... ❤️

About

I help teens open up, understand what they’re feeling, and build confidence in who they are. During our 60-minute structured virtual sessions, we talk through real-life challenges like friendships, school stress, motivation, family conflict, and self-doubt. With parent consent I guide them in learning how to communicate better, manage emotions, make healthier decisions, and feel more confident navigating their lives.

I work one-on-one with teens to help them:

❤️ Build confidence and self-esteem
❤️ Improve communication with parents and peers
❤️ Manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
❤️ Develop motivation and responsibility
❤️ Navigate friendships and social challenges
❤️ Handle big emotions in healthy ways
❤️ Make better decisions and build independence

Each session is personalized to your teen’s needs and focuses on practical tools they can use in everyday life.

This is not therapy. This is supportive coaching focused on growth, confidence, and real-life skills.

A supportive space can make all the difference — and that’s exactly what I provide.

Testimonials

I’m really grateful for the impact Trisha had on my life during my time in youth group. She genuinely cared about each of us and created a space where we could ask questions, grow in our faith, and feel supported. Through her guidance and encouragement, my relationship with God grew stronger and I learned what it meant to live out my faith in everyday life.

Youth group was more than just a weekly meeting—it was a place that helped keep me grounded and pointed me in the right direction during some really important years of my life. Looking back, I truly believe being part of it helped shape me into a better person. Trisha’s mentorship, wisdom, and heart for young people make her someone I would absolutely trust to guide and support teens today.

trisha is the kind of person who lends an ear without you even having to ask. from daily rants about everything from boys to school and life drama, she let me unpack things to her and offered the kind of supportive but grounded advice that every girl truly needs. our starbucks runs and drives to school became a form of fun and therapy for me, and i will always be grateful for that♥️

Trisha is truly one of the best people you could ever talk to. High school can be an incredibly challenging and overwhelming time, and she has been one of the most trusted and supportive adults in my life. She doesn’t just listen—she gives thoughtful, practical advice that you can actually apply, and it makes a real difference. She’s so easy to open up to, and she has helped me understand what it really means to love and value myself unconditionally—not just by saying it, but by guiding me in how to truly discover that confidence within myself.

Trisha has a natural ability to connect with young people in a way that makes them feel safe, heard, and understood. She is incredibly patient, compassionate, and consistent in the way she supports others. Her calm presence and thoughtful approach make it easy for teens to open up, even in difficult situations. She was a great mentor to my son and he felt very comfortable talking to her. I know that he will never forget her because she definitely had an impacted in his life.

What stands out most is her ability to explain things in a way that is simple, clear, and relatable. She meets individuals where they are without judgment and provides guidance that feels both supportive and empowering. I’m very thankful to Trisha for being in my son‘s life during his most vulnerable years.

Trisha,
I’ve been thinking a lot about the impact you had on my life during the time you were my youth group leader, and I just want to say thank you. You were so much more than just someone leading a group each week. You showed up consistently, listened without judgment, and created a space where I felt seen and valued. At a time in my life when I was still figuring out who I was and where I fit, you made it feel okay to ask questions, to be uncertain, and to grow. There are things you said and lessons you taught that have stuck with me long after those youth group days ended. You helped shape not just my faith, but also the way I see myself and others.
I’m really grateful for the role you played in my life. You may not always see the full impact you’ve had, but I hope you know it mattered a lot more than you probably realize.
Thank you for being you.

As a kid I would always look forward to our weekly youth group meetings and Sunday school. Trisha would always have a fun activity planned to keep our young distracted brains engaged and she was never afraid to be down to earth and vulnerable with us. She helped provide a very safe and judgement free place for us which was a godsend especially in our more delicate years.

- Julian ❤️

My son during his preteen’s was having trouble with making friends and he was having confidence issues. After spending some time with Trisha, he became more confident in social settings. You saw a change in him, he was excited to be around kids his age, he spoke up more, engaged more. Trisha has such a heart for teens and children, she provides a safe comfortable environment so they can open up and she can help them with their struggles. She finds fun ways to relate and boost the confidence of the teens or children she is working with. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who has a teen that needs support in any area in their lives.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is teen coaching?
Teen coaching is a safe space where your teen can be truly heard. I help teens navigate life’s challenges — from friendships and school stress to self-confidence and self-love — while giving them tools to handle life with courage and clarity.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching focuses on growth, confidence, and practical tools for everyday life. It’s not about analyzing the past — it’s about helping your teen feel empowered and capable right now, while creating a roadmap for the future.
Who can benefit from teen coaching?
Any teen who feels overwhelmed, stuck, or unheard can benefit. I work with teens dealing with:
Friend drama and social pressure
Academic stress or motivation struggles
Family or life transitions
Self-esteem and confidence challenges
Feeling unsure of themselves or their path
Most importantly, it’s for teens who want someone in their corner — a safe person who truly cares.
Will parents be involved?
Parents play a supportive role. Sessions are private so teens can open up freely, but I keep parents informed about overall progress and provide guidance on how to support their teen at home.
What if my teen doesn’t want to try coaching?
I understand — many teens are hesitant at first. My approach is gentle, pressure-free, and focused on building trust. Once they feel safe and heard, most teens naturally want to show up and engage.
How do we get started?
It’s simple: reach out for a conversation. We’ll talk about your teen’s needs, answer your questions, and schedule the first session. From there, we’ll start helping your teen build confidence, self-trust, and resilience — one step at a time.
Do we have to live locally?
Nope. We will meet online via Google meet so it can basically be done from anywhere!
