Testimonials
I was struggling to convey how my experience, interests, and future goals aligned with the pursuit of doctoral work in a compelling way. Elizabeth was invaluable in providing me with insightful feedback that helped showcase my personal narrative. Thanks to her crucial feedback I felt confident in my final statement. I was accepted to my top choice and I would absolutely recommend Elizabeth’s services to anyone looking for expertise in navigating this process.

Elizabeth quickly responded to my request to review my resume and spruce up my LinkedIn profile before I attended an international healthcare conference this fall. Her ability to identify themes running through my diverse experiences and help me create a narrative was unparalleled, and her eye for aesthetics was spot on (she even helped me select new headshots taken at the conference). The cherry on top was her direct, empathetic, and humorous delivery. Cannot recommend her more highly!

Working with Elizabeth was not only incredibly helpful, but an overall delight. She was able to meet me where I was and adapt to what my needs were. Her valuable insights and guidance helped me gain confidence in my career decisions and asked important questions I wouldn't have considered through a stressful process. Would definitely recommend Elizabeth!

Elizabeth provided valuable feedback on my doctoral program personal statements, helping me refine my message for clarity and impact. She recommended changes but also encouraged me to think about how to preserve my voice, ensuring my materials were both more clear but still represented me authentically. Her attention to detail and ability to balance clarity with personal reflection made a significant difference. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking thoughtful and supportive writing guidance.

Elizabeth Rotolo was an incredible thought partner as I prepared my doctoral applications—combining attention to detail with big-picture perspective. She asks smart questions, centers your story, and brings strong industry knowledge to show how materials will be read in context. Her feedback, especially on my resume, helped me clarify my narrative with confidence. I wholeheartedly recommend Elizabeth!

Elizabeth was enormously helpful as I debated returning to school for an MBA. She worked with me to weigh pros and cons and ultimately narrowed in on the fundamental "why" the program made sense for me. When I worked on my application, Elizabeth's experience as an Admissions Officer was unmatched as she narrowed in on each essay prompt, what the school would be looking for, and how I could best highlight my experiences in my own voice to answer the prompts. Thanks to Elizabeth's guidance and support, I'll be starting my program in January. I'd highly encourage anybody debating a new step academically or professionally to meet with Elizabeth!

I have worked with Elizabeth and have recommended her to several contacts because of her ability to offer practical, grounded advice on resumes, cover letters, and interview skills, while also maintaining a big-picture perspective on the job market and hiring trends. She has a way of putting you at ease and building rapport while delivering the thoughtful, well-considered guidance you need to create stronger application materials. I would not hesitate to work with her again.
