Hi! I'm Elena, an Associate Certified Embodiment Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation, with a background in education.

I work with professionals and leaders who, on paper, are doing fine. They usually say: "I'm fine, just busy." And you mean it. But underneath the busyness, something else is going on: you pour your energy into your business, your work, your clients, your teams, forgetting your own needs entirely.

CEOs, business owners and executives operate under enormous and constant stress, which takes a toll on the quality of attention, relational dynamics, capacity to tackle difficult conversations or innovate together.

My role as a Certified, ICF-Accredited Embodiment Coach, is to create, through my presence, a safe and confidential container, where you can safely step back from the ongoing physical and mental demands, where you can finally pause, examine the invisible burdens you carry, exhale, regulate your nervous system and restore.

When you choose to prioritise yourself at the same level as you prioritise your business and work, then your business, your team and your clients receive a relieved, resourced, recharged and regulated leader back to deliver, create, lead and produce.

The most overlooked asset in any business and workplace is the regulated, resourced leader at its centre, a leader that rests without guilt, a leader that then has the capacity to listen, to be present, to provide guidance for the best collective results.

That's what I'm here to support.

About my Approach:
I trained in embodiment practice (body-based coaching) with Mark Walsh at Embodiment Unlimited, and in solution-focused coaching with Erickson Coaching International, which is one of the most respected internationally accredited coaching programmes in the world.

What this means for you: we don't only talk. We work with your breath, your nervous system, the part of you that tenses before a difficult conversation, that can't switch off at the end of the day, that reaches for the phone instead of rest.

When we work together, you start noticing the shift, not because you've found another insight to add to the ones you already have, but because your body starts to feel safe enough to let go. Decisions become clearer. The inner voice loses some of its grip. You start to notice space, where there was only tightness. Rest begins to feel like something you allow yourself without guilt or shame. It becomes nourishing, and for the first time in a long time, deserved.

The space we create together is warm, accepting and safe, - safe enough to feel whatever is there, including the things you've been holding back for a long time. I am comfortable with emotions. I am comfortable with silence. I welcome both. In fact, some of the most important moments in our sessions happen in the pauses: when your nervous system settles, and you meet yourself with compassion and kindness.

This kind of work asks for real presence, and real presence cannot be rushed. That's why I work with a small number of clients at a time.

What is embodiment coaching?
Embodiment coaching is a body-based approach that works with the whole person, not only the thinking mind. Most of us have been taught to live from the neck up: to analyse, plan and keep going regardless of how we feel.

Embodiment coaching invites a different kind of intelligence: the wisdom of the body. In practice, this means we pay attention to what is happening in your nervous system, your breath, your physical sensations, alongside the thinking and the talking. This is not about exercise or movement. It is about learning to listen to what the body is already communicating, and using that awareness to create lasting results.
How do I know if embodiment coaching is right for me?
Embodiment coaching is particularly suited to people who have already tried to change through thinking alone: the books, the podcasts, the insights, and who still find themselves in the same patterns. 

If you sense that what needs to shift is not at the intellectual level, but somewhere deeper, in the body, the nervous system, the way you breathe and respond, then embodiment coaching may be exactly what you have been looking for. You don't need any prior experience of body-based work. 
You need to be curious enough to explore!
I have tried coaching before, and it didn't help. How is embodiment coaching different?
Traditional coaching works primarily at the level of thinking: setting goals, reframing perspectives, creating action plans. This can be valuable, but it has limits. If the pattern you are trying to shift lives in the body and the nervous system, thinking alone will not shift it. Embodiment coaching works at a deeper level: we notice what the body is communicating in real time, and we work there. For many people, who have tried coaching, therapy or self-help and still feel stuck, this is exactly the missing piece.


Do you offer single sessions or only packages? And why?
I work with packages only, and this is a deliberate choice. The kind of work we do together requires time, repetition and consistency. A single session can offer a valuable perspective, but it cannot create the lasting shifts that come from sustained practice and accountability. Think of it like learning to drive: you can understand the theory after one lesson, but the body needs time and repetition before a new way of responding becomes natural. Packages give us that time.
What if I feel nervous or unsure about opening up? Is coaching confidential and ethical?
Feeling nervous is completely understandable, and you are not alone in feeling that way. Coaching invites honesty, but it never forces it. You set the pace, and you share only what feels comfortable, nothing is ever imposed. My role is to create a space that is warm, accepting and safe, and where you can explore what feels true for you, without pressure or expectation.

As an Associate Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation, I follow the ICF Code of Ethics, which includes strict confidentiality, respect for your autonomy, and clear professional boundaries. Everything you share is held with care. The only exceptions are situations, where there is a risk to your safety or the safety of others, as required by law. 

Coaching is a partnership, and your wellbeing is always at the centre.
Can coaching help me if I am fine on the outside but completely exhausted on the inside?
Yes. In fact, this is exactly who I work with. The tiredness you feel on the inside, while everything looks fine on the outside, is not a sign of weakness. It is a sign that your nervous system has been running on high alert for a long time. Embodiment coaching works precisely at this level, helping you restore and resource yourself from the inside rather than continuing to run on empty. 

Many clients arrive feeling exactly as you describe, and over time they begin to feel calmer, more present, and more at ease.
How long are the sessions and how often do we meet?
Each session is 60 minutes, conducted via Zoom. 
Sessions are fortnightly, which gives you enough time between sessions to integrate what we work on and practise the embodiment exercises we design together without losing momentum. 
I work with clients anywhere in the world. All sessions are in English.
