I know firsthand how hard it is to lead. The constant balancing act of driving growth, shaping culture, and dealing with the inevitable internal politics can feel like a complete test of who you are. I've dedicated my career to understanding these exact challenges. My goal is to help you navigate them and discover the best leader you can be.

I have 20+ years of experience in building and leading at scale — from American Express to Uber and a entrepreneurial stint as well, where I helped the business achieve massive and sustained growth across Latin America.
