How do I book a consultation?
You can book a consultation through the “Schedule a Session” link on the website. Choose the service that best fits your needs, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so once as a courtesy. After that, a new booking with payment will be required.
Are refunds available?
Unfortunately, all consultations are non-refundable, as time slots are reserved exclusively for you. Please be sure to review all details before booking.
How do I prepare for my consultation?
Once you book your session, you’ll receive an email with any necessary pre-consultation forms, contracts and or information. Please review and complete these items before your appointment to maximize your session’s value.
Can I reschedule my consultation?
Yes, you may reschedule once without incurring additional charges. Further rescheduling will require booking a new session with payment.
What happens if I miss my consultation?
Life happens—I totally understand! Missed consultations without prior notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to make changes to your booking.

Absolutely. Inside your Paperbell client portal, you’ll find an area where you can securely upload any documents, templates, or worksheets you'd like me to review. I’ll take a look before or during our next session, depending on what you need.
Will I get access to any resources or materials we go over together?
Yes! As we work together, I’ll share access to a private vault of documents, templates, and tools that will support your progress. You’ll be able to access everything inside your client portal—no need to chase files or search emails. It’s all organized in one place for your convenience.
Why Are Sessions Only 30–60 Minutes? Can We Go Over?
Great question! My sessions are intentionally designed to be either up to 30 minutes or up to 60 minutes—and we don’t go over. Here’s why:

The rest of the session is focused on alignment, action steps, and accountability—not extra talk time.
Longer meetings often create the illusion of productivity, but in my experience, clear thinking and strong strategy thrive inside clear boundaries. This structure keeps us focused, efficient, and respectful of both our time.
If you're feeling uncertain or wanting more time upfront, just know that it’s completely normal—most clients feel that way in the beginning. But very quickly, you'll see how much clarity and traction we create inside this focused framework. It’s one of the ways we build momentum fast.

Do I have to pay each month manually?
No—once you're set up, recurring payments are handled automatically through Stripe via Paperbell. Clients receive email reminders, and their secure client portal always reflects current access, upcoming sessions, and shared documents.
At our practice, we aim to make the payment experience seamless and supportive. In most cases, clients pay via ACH or credit card directly through Paperbell. However, if a different setup is needed, we’re happy to provide a custom invoice or create a private payment plan that works within our system.
Just like working with a trusted specialist or care provider, this work is an investment in clarity, strategy, and long-term results. Dr. Rachael typically maps out a customized game plan before the session even begins—so when clients show up, we're ready to focus, implement, and move forward with intention.
