Should I book a consultation first?
A Free Clarity Call is available if you have questions about coaching or you'd like help deciding which option fits best. However, it's not required. Many clients book a Strategy Session or join Group Coaching directly when they feel ready.
How is Burnout Recovery Coaching different from therapy or counseling?
Burnout Recovery Coaching is not therapy and does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Coaching is present- and future-focused. We clarify what’s driving your burnout and create practical, structured next steps to help you regain steadiness and momentum. If clinical support is needed, I encourage appropriate referrals. My role is to help you reset, stabilize, and move forward.

The beauty of Burnout Recovery Coaching is that it works in harmony with counseling and other therapeutic services. 
What makes your approach different?
I use a structured Burnout Reset Method that helps clients let go of what’s draining them, stabilize their nervous system, and begin again without overwhelm.
