Hi, I’m Dory! I’m a PCOS/PMOS Online Coach who naturally reversed my symptoms through sustainable changes in mindset, nutrition, and training. After being diagnosed in 2023, I lost 30 pounds, reversed my symptoms, and finally felt like myself again.

Everyone’s journey looks a little different, but common results include more regular periods, improved energy, less bloating, weight loss (if that’s a goal), better mood, and feeling more confident in your body. You’ll also build lifelong tools for managing stress, eating intuitively, and staying consistent, even when life gets busy.
What makes your coaching different from other PCOS/PMOS programs?
I’ve been in your shoes...diagnosed, overwhelmed, and unsure where to start. What sets my coaching apart is that it’s built on real-life experience and a holistic approach that focuses on mindset, nutrition, and movement. I don’t push quick fixes or unrealistic restrictions. Instead, I help you build habits that work for your body and lifestyle, so you can feel empowered and in control.
Do I have to follow a strict diet to see results?
Nope. I don’t believe in restrictive diets. Together, we’ll focus on adding more nourishing, blood sugar-friendly meals into your routine, not cutting out everything you love. It’s about balance, not perfection. You’ll learn how to fuel your body in a way that supports healing and feels sustainable long term.
I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked. How do I know this will help?
I hear this all the time and I felt the same way before I started healing naturally. The difference with this program is that we focus on consistency, mindset, and realistic habits. It’s not about doing everything perfectly, it’s about finding what works for you, step by step. You’ll have support and guidance the entire way.
I have PCOS/PMOS but I’m already working out and eating well. Will this still help me?
Yes, and that’s actually more common than you think. Many women are doing “all the right things” but still struggling. We’ll look deeper at your stress, sleep, mindset, and recovery, the pieces that often get missed in traditional advice.
