I walk with wounded leaders through the process of healing without stepping down from their calling.
For over 15 years I led as a business owner, entrepreneur, business coach, and strategist. I sat with leaders in boardrooms, ministries, and nonprofit offices — and I kept seeing the same thing. Leaders carrying something beneath the surface that their title, their platform, and their performance could not fix.
I did not have language for what I was witnessing until I began my own inner healing journey three years ago. That process gave me the name, the framework, and the calling.
Leading While Wounded is what came out of that journey. The Kintsugi Restoration Session is where we walk it together.
I am not speaking from a distance. I am speaking from the scar. And I am still on the journey — with a mentor who has walked with me every step of the way.
