Many of my clients come to coaching feeling frustrated, exhausted, or stuck. They often know what they want to do, but struggle to consistently turn good intentions into action. They may be navigating ADHD, burnout, overwhelm, career transitions, self-employment, or simply trying to create a life that feels more manageable and aligned with who they are. 

I'm Denisa, an accredited ADHD coach, coaching psychology and positive psychology practitioner, and entrepreneur. My coaching combines ADHD-informed coaching, positive psychology, embodiment, and practical strategies to help you better understand yourself, build self-trust, and create sustainable progress.

Rather than focusing purely on productivity or accountability, I help clients understand the deeper patterns driving their challenges, build self-trust, and create practical systems that work with their brain rather than against it.

My approach combines ADHD-informed coaching, coaching psychology, positive psychology, embodiment, and practical strategies to support lasting change.
