My coaching aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment for adult clients moving on to or through their next chapters. 
As a grown adult, you may have achieved many of your goals; however, you may want a coach to check in with, be your accountability partner, provide feedback or just for meaningful support for whatever life brings. 
Coaching with its inherent positive psychology approach to encourage change and personal growth. 

I have considerable experience working with adult women and their family members who are navigating personal, health, professional challenges and changes or adjustments. Life coaching is by definition future-focused and goal-oriented.

My credentials include a master’s degree in Human Services: Life Coaching and Master Family Therapy. (I hold the degree of Doctor of Psychology in Grief Counseling from a school accredited only in Florida under a religious exemption). 

In addition, I am a Certified Professional Coach from ACSTH-ICF approved program and have also earned specific certification in Grief Coaching. I will be respectful, compassionate, and straightforward in offering techniques to help you move toward your established goals.
