With 20 years of hands on sales experience and 8 years in leadership roles, I have dedicated my career to helping professionals and teams carve out their path to sales excellence. Currently, I serve as an Associate Director at AIB Merchant Services, now proudly part of Fiserv, a global fintech leader serving over 1.4 billion accounts and facilitating more than 12,000 financial transactions every second worldwide.

Throughout my journey, I have driven revenue growth and exceeded ambitious sales targets across dynamic industries, consistently delivering results with both passion and precision. It suits people who are ambitious, but feel they are not yet operating at their full potential and want structured support, guidance, accountability, and honest feedback.
What results can I expect?
Clients typically aim to improve their sales performance, build confidence, and develop repeatable habits that compound over time.​

Results depend on your commitment, but you can expect clear goals, practical action plans, and regular check-ins to ensure consistent progress.
How does the coaching process work?
Sessions are booked online and delivered remotely, so we can work together from anywhere without travel time.​

Each session focuses on concrete outcomes: reviewing your current situation, identifying bottlenecks, and agreeing clear, actionable steps before the next call.

What topics can we work on?
Common topics include: sales strategy, pipeline management, performance reviews, leadership skills, mindset and confidence. 

Coaching can also cover communication, time management, and decision-making to support improving your professional results.
How long do we work together?
You can start with an initial block of sessions (for example, 4–8 sessions) to create momentum, then decide whether to continue on a rolling basis or signing up to our 20 week mentorship program.​

Some clients work intensively for a shorter period around a specific goal, while others choose long-term mentoring to support ongoing growth.
What is your coaching style?

My coaching style is direct, practical, and supportive: you get honest feedback, clear structure, and real-world strategies rather than vague motivation.

Sessions balance challenge and support so you feel stretched, but never judged, and always leave with a clear next step.



What is the investment and how do payments work?
Pricing is clearly displayed on the booking page, and you can pay securely online by card when scheduling your sessions.​

You receive automatic confirmations, reminders, and invoices/receipts for your records once payment is completed.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled within a defined notice period (48 hours) using the links in your confirmation email.
Cancellations or changes made outside that window may be charged in full, to respect both your time and the coach’s calendar.
Do you offer a discovery or intro call?
Yes, an optional introductory call can be booked to clarify your goals, answer questions, and ensure the coaching is a good fit before committing.​

This call focuses on understanding where you are now, where you want to go, and what working together would look like.
How do I get started?
Simply choose a package or single session on the booking page, pick a time that suits you, and complete the payment to confirm your spot.
You will receive an email with all the details, including your video link and any short pre-work to help you get the most from your first session
